A little book of fables

The book is enrobed in a dark, wine-colored leather cover. Its inner pages are painted with a strange swirling pattern in purple and gold. The title is engraved onto the front cover and reads "Es Mentiras" followed by "A Little Book of Fables".

The book contains a series of childrens' fables each ending with a lesson. Readers often feel a deep sense of confusion as they read. Many of the tales center around friendship with strange lessons about deceit... The book is also said to open strange doors that appear to its readers.
