Blind Seer

It is a tale as old as time that the gods' gifts are fickle and often poisonous to their bearers- none moreso than the gift of prophesy. Visions never come without a price.

Lunavera's gift of Sight was so great her mind could not contain it, and her visions poured out of her eyes as an endless river of tears. Residing in the caverns through which flow the river Fain, hers is a world of darkness, feeling her way through the shaded pools with her flashing tendrils, which can sense shifts in the weave of fate as well as water. The water of these pools, when drunk, grant visions, steeped as they are in her tears. One must not drink these tears undiluted, or the visions that ensue would surely drive the drinker mad, as befell poor Shadrian. Here she is tended to by Teadara, whose own limited sight inures her to the visions granted by these heady waters.
