Uh-oh, looks like this vibrant skydancer wandered a little too far from his home lair (computerize #459839), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful!

At first glance, Scooter is just your average skydancer with a darker palette in mind. He's snarky, keen, and not exactly much of a jokester unless it involves some crude (if not dislikeable / distasteful) humor. He mostly hates romance novels but would probably watch / read the entirety of the Twilight series and unironically enjoy it. Overall, it's just your typical angst dragon. Who can say "no" to that? Well, a lot of others, actually...  Scooter knew he had liked the Inn, that much was clear even if he didn’t exactly remember everything about it. There were impressions though. Between the happy chatter and ruckus laughter, he could feel the festering darkness. He could feel a presence watching him, following him, touching his mind. It was delightfully creepy. Equally creepy and delightful was the old king he met there. Ferment was everything Scooter dreamed of being one day and he wanted to learn everything he could from the older dragon, even if he didn’t seem to enthused with the idea. They’d conquer the world together

Zephyrus was truly something else. Scooter had never seen a flying city before, and Zephyrus did NOT disappoint his expectations for one. Sure, it was way more bright and friendly that he would've normally picked for a place to stay, but they had a HUGE congregation of vampires of all things!!
The bloodsuckers were all over the place like it was no big deal, and yet he couldn't figure out why Ferment wasn't as excited about this as he was. The older Nocturn had later explained that sanguines, the kind of vampires found here, are a largely peaceful variation of vampires, especially the lot here. That had made them a whole lot less cool. Ferment had mentioned something about shapeshifting imperials who devoured souls though...
