Destroyer

They used to work for an illegal fighting ring in Ice territory, but after the local government shut it down, she found he had nowhere to go without having any legitimate job experience, and somehow ended up in the Hewn Suburbs, as pretty edgy dragons with nowhere else to go are wont to do, even if they live rather far away from the Sunbeam Ruins. Funny how that works. Anyway, while she thinks that she doesn't have any skills outside of violence and Sornieth hardly needs more of that, Vincent saw their potential in seeing how he hyped himself up back when he was part of the professional fighting scene. Whether Destroyer realizes it or not, they have a real talent for making dragons invested in things and for hyping up events, so they hired him for event promotion for their club.

Destroyer still doesn't quite know why Vincent hired them, exactly, and is convinced it was only them being nice to her, but her results are undeniable; attendance at concerts, game tournaments, and other events hosted at Vincent's club has been up 65% since he signed on. Vincent credits Destroyer with their success and hopes that one day, they'll credit themself for it too, because it takes talent both to hold your own in a fighting ring against much larger dragons when you're at an elemental disadvantage and to get folks to go to events they wouldn't otherwise, and he has plenty to be proud of herself for.
