Echo takes the form of a mirror wearing a mask - do not look into her eyes. What should happen if you do so is worse than imaginable.
She loves hide and seek and has the ability to teleport. Echo will appear in front of you and ask you to play a game of hide and seek - the choice of being the hider or seeker is yours. Hiding from her is impossible - she can sense you, wherever you may be. The chance of finding her is zero. She will sense your footsteps and teleport away without a sound.
The only way to get out alive is to avoid eye contact and say nothing when she asks you to play. Past that point there is no hope left. She is only active at the darkest times at night, so travelling through the woods during the early light may give you a chance to avoid her completely.

A lone ghost, Echo can be found prowling behind the trees of the woods. She moves silently and switfly and wields the power of teleportation, ambushing unsuspecting travelers or wanderers and inviting them to play a game of hide and seek with her. It is unknown whose form she possesses, or if she had created it. Always desperate for a friend, she travels all over the woods every night, searching for a lonely traveler. Except they never seem to last long. Always disappearing right after she found them, hiding behind a tree or a rock. Even after they searched for her, which they never did. She'd always appear in front of them, telling them their time was up. They'd scream. But after that they always seemed to disappear into thin air. What was happening? |
