biography.
While the kingdom prides itself as a paradise made up of mostly pacifist residents, there are some dragons among their ranks that have happened to slip past the cracks. One of them, specifically, is Azeban.

Despite being raised as a child of wind, the Skydancer could be thought more as belonging to either Shadow or even Plague. He is a cunning, sly thing that uses his charm to strip dragons foolish enough to request his company of either treasure, if they're lucky enough, or their life. He is a debonair casanova with a mantle of death and danger cloaking him.

There are a few rules in the Traveler's Nest: no starting fights, harassing those working there... And always keep your gold and life close when interacting with Azeban. Those who do not heed the other residents' warning about him automatically become responsible for any loss of gold, precious items... Or their life.
