Portia

It started out fine enough, Portia had been so nervous so when she met the Deity she was to serve for the rest of her life, she was surprised to met an seemingly ordinary dragon, a seeminingly unremarkable one at that. (Yes many beings have thought that about this particular dragon, unremarkable, insignificant, a bore , ugly and plenty of other insults cooked up by dragons that would other-wise be considered kind and friendly, yet the mention of this lesser goddess seemed to bring out the worst in even the most mild mannered of creatures. )

<Deity was kinda like super toxic and codependant (casue like this is her only follower and with out her she would fade ) and WILL NOT let portia leave (die) and portias body, mind and soul is noooooot taking it well, because as much as she claimes to love her NEVER ending life she is TIRED she wants to rest, and enjoy her life. she cant keep up with the goddess as she did in her youth but the goddess cannot let her go and it is slowly killing their relationship AND the dragon that the deity loved so much>

Portia and __ <deity name> lived as childhood friends when __ was offered the chance of a life time ; she met an old dragon who had an offer for her (she recognized him as one who she had been warned agasint and although she remebered she did NOT hede the warnign and portia who was with her lsaid in later years that there was nothing she could have done to change her young friends mind ( but there was __ had all the faith in the world for her friend and regarded her advice highly- so to say what portia does in the present is nothing but denial that grew from her regret and shame at having done naught but stood by as her friend traded her soul her life her energy for immortality and power inconcivable ). the trade included condidtions that had harsh consiquences should they not be fulfilled ; amass a following, even one follower is enough :3 [how sweet they thought at the time but the hell that would cause for the follower was lost on them] , gain land and tend to your followers [ they gave food freely to many but punished them when the food they gave went bad due to the fact that they gave many clans worth of food to maybe 3 dragons
