What can I say? I just like him. Urban fantasy is always fun and it's nice to see a protagonist who's willing to have some fun with being the chosen one, is decidedly edgier than your average Disney Channel kid, and has an actually reasonably well-handled romantic subplot. He's also actually got a dragon form that looks a lot like an Imperial so was very easy to make and falls in the category of characters I have some degree of envy for. He has cool hair and is also a dragon. What isn't to like? Maybe next time I'm feeling financially irresponsible, I'll make a UMA for his hair.
