The Warden of Rusty Prison.

Once was a Gaoler Seeker, but tricked into the deal with the Plaguebringer and lost his self. Though he became her monster his lawfulness still remains, making him one of the most stable existence among these monsters - It is said he still have most of the emotions weakly though he is very cold headed. As this is unlikely among Carnage Ichors, unexposed frictions with some of his workers are happening. As the most powerful one in this prison his word is a law in here. He believes he is fulfilling her will partly and only moves for her words with obsession. He have been served the Plaguebringer as his master since she gave him the strength. His eyes are result of his extreme loyalty; they were destroyed by himself using the Wyrmwound's essence, to become the true plague dragon.

[About the Rusty Prison]
The Rusty Prison located near the Seed Scar by the Plaguebringer to prevent any more threat on the area, since these brutal C-Is are ideal to ward off or catch unwanted intruders. Still there's other clans and dragons who are working to heal the Scar, it required the rational warden. One of the imperative law of this prison is: 'Be reasonable with her children and guests.' Surely the sadistic C-Is are discontented with this but law is the law, it must be followed. Most of his workers are feeling proud about protecting the scar, and some of them are even feeling shared rage toward the nature flight - just like projecting the accident on the area. This hatred would certainly cause friction with nature dragons in the plague clan, so extra caution is required if there's any of C-I near them.

[The Mediators]
For interaction with other dragons(mostly about the seed scar) his prison sends adopted non C-I dragons, as they have no issue with communication. They're known as unflappable composure and raised to have no trouble with both C-Is and normal dragons. Though they looks and act completely normal, some of the other dragons say they seem destitute of ordinary feelings sometimes - the flinty stare and unusual calm gives them unwitting uneasiness.
