Met Geneva and her team during their expedition to Emperor's Wake. Got to talking, and realized they were from an area not too from from the Source, which is a fascinating font of ancient technologies and relics. Riddell decided to accompany them back to the Fulgurite Chasm for a time, to live and study what she can find before returning home. She finds it quite comfortable, and it will likely be some time before she ever decides to leave.
Riddell accidentally unearthed a living statue. Because the team did not know it was there, the statue was damaged in the course of its excavation, sustaining cracks and broken segments. When the statue assumed its true form as an obelisk, its flesh was marred and structurally unsound, though the dragon insisted it could feel no pain. Still, it was in a disturbing shape, with cracked holes and missing limbs adorning its body. The dragon was taken to Geneva, who fashioned darksteel adornments with enchantments that would fill in the missing gaps of the dragon, filling him in and providing him with new limbs of dark light.
