Biography
Born on a spooky and magical night...
Both heads are intelligent inventors, usually seeking the next big invention.
Most of their projects get abandoned, usually refurbished or reworked into some other invention.
They bicker at each other a lot and it's a wonder they get anything at all accomplished.
The head with two eyes is Storm. The head with three eyes is Strike.
After Bard gave them a small terrarium with moss, it eventually grew into Moss.
"That one," Strike's three eyes flick over to the small terrarium. It could fit in one of their palms.
"The moss that Bard gave us," Storm said before looking over at it.
The moss inside the terrarium shifted. It had grown since the Tree-Bound had given it, and it looked like it wanted to grow more.
"Hmmm," Storm said thoughtfully.
"Yes, we should find it a new home. It outgrows its terrarium."
"You're not wrong," Storm's attention drifted over some of their various, incomplete inventions. "Oh! The glutton's plate!"
Stormstrike moved over to a little plate and plucked a teacup from it to set the cup aside. They picked up the plate and went to examine the moss in the terrarium.
The moss shifted again, growing like the top of a muffin over the edges of its container. Stormstrike placed the plate down, carefully grabbed the terrarium, and held it upside down to let the moss and what little remained of its food onto the plate.
The moss grew a little, as if relieved of confinement, and the plate grew with it.
"What should we call it?"
"How about just 'Moss'?"
And so it was agreed.
