Biography

Most think he's a touch crazy or perhaps mentally underdeveloped (apologies if the wording is offensive, that's not the intent). If you asked him about his parents, he will give you the same story, about how the sun and vines created him.
His mother was a great serpent, as long as the Great Behemoth was tall, and a wingspan that could shadow the enormous tree. Her amethyst hide and jade wings gleamed and shined under the sun. Smitten by the beauty below, the sun glinted brighter one day, catching the attention of the great dragon. It was love at first sight and Paradisiac was hatched a short while after.
However, the actual story is that a powerful deity fell in love with the beauty of the lives of the butterfly and dragonfly; how they change in their lives from one form to the next. He pondered and thought deeply as he watched the insects around him.
So, the deity wanted to personify the beauty of it. With the art of magic, he wove a spell. He encased himself in a magical egg to finish his magical art. When he was ready, he would be reborn with no memories of his deity powers, no recollection of anything before hatching, and try to live as a mortal dragon would: to evolve and change, similarly to how the caterpillar and larva did.
One day, his memories will return. Until then, he believes himself just as mortal as the rest of the dragons of Sorneith.
Of course, the imagination of young minds can go wild.
He loves to dance and party with King Julien.
Paradisiac is also a bit of an "ugly hatchling grows into beautiful swan" story. He was BUTT UGLY when he was small. Now he's a metaphorical caterpillar that turned into beautiful dragonfly.
