Biography

You want a fight, then?
Drent, Pirate

A young, cocky pirate with an appetite for violence. Drent loves a good brawl, and throws herself into any fight she can- no matter her previous involvement. A sure-fire way to make her throw a punch is to mention her family, who she escaped from to live a life on the high seas.

It comes as a surprise to most that Drent comes from wealth. Her mother is an acclaimed Wellborn of Murkbarrow Close, and her hatch-mate brother Wastrel was blessed with primal eyes. Her other nest-fellow, Virulent, has gone on to become a well respected druid. Altogether, her family is a powerful dynasty within the Close, and many wonder why Drent ever left.

The only contacts Drent keeps in the Close are those of Basil- a half-sibling with whom she does business with- and Khean, her father and the only member of the family whose wealth was gained through bond and not blood. They exchange letters every time Drent is in port, though what those letters say is unknown. In the late of night, Drent can be seen pouring over those writings, comparing the letters to the smuggled goods that regularly pass through the hold. Nothing has ever been taken, but it certainly gets her peers talking...
