Romulus and his partner, Rene, both intensely betray the typical Bogsneak isolationism. Rene and Romulus are the mostly tightly bonded couple in the clan, and they both enjoy the presence of the rest of the clan members. Rene and Romulus both are happy to care for hatchlings, assist other dragons with tasks, or simply spend amicable social time with individuals or groups. Romulus is humorous and silly and warmly welcomes dragons of all walks of life.

Romulus and Rene are the only two dragons in the clan seen as a true duo. They are devoted to each other and nearly inseparable, though they do enjoy their alone time when the other has tasks to do. The two are like a mother and father to the entire clan, offering company or advice to any fellow dragons as a duo or individually. Though Romulus is familiar with basic magics, he is not particularly interest in performing magic himself and prefers to watch and sometimes assist his beloved Rene as she performs her magic. Though he gives Rene her alone time and space to spend time with other dragons without his presence, Romulus does not enjoy alone time like Rene does and strongly prefers to stay by her whenever possible.

Romulus is the quintessential “dad to everyone.” He loves giving advice and feeling like he can help other dragons, especially younger ones. Even when the situation is serious, Romulus can’t resist cracking jokes to interrupt tension and stress. Despite the bleak and dangerous wasteland they live in, Romulus is always delighted to keep the mood up and make silly jokes, consistently reminding the others that there are always positives, even in a grim and dangerous wasteland.
