____Rowe cares about only two things in life: herself, and the growth of her hoard. She spends her time sneaking contraband and dragons past Water Flight customs and border patrol, squirreling away her illicit fortune in her well-hidden lair in the cliffs of Redrock Harbor. On the side, she lends out chunks of her hoard to whatever poor shmucks she can con into signing a contract, deceiving them into obscenely unfair agreements and backing it up with blackmail and threats of far worse.

____She's well respected by those on the wrong side of the law, scarcely failing to get their goods or persons to where they need to be—and on the rare occasions she does slip up, she begrudgingly returns her pre-charged cut of the would-be profit. She's got more than enough successes to cover the cost of reassuring agitated customers—and saving her reputation.
She constantly has to deal with harbormaster Hawser's meddling, and has lost far more deals than she'd like to Hawser sticking her giant snout where it has no business being.
