Guide
A popular location to enjoy an evening treat, the Sornieth Shave Ice parlor is full of life and sweet energy. The busy little shop hustles and bustles as the orders are prepped and filled. The quickly moving Nocturne behind the counter happily douses her creations in bright colored syrups and all those within are cheerfully enjoying their selections. It is the most popular venue in the lair, and it is frequented by many denizens of the Fortress of Ends.

Tonight a couple of dragons, Basil and Nimmo, are peering into the counter area, requesting a special treat; Key Lime, a sweet concoction of Lime zest and Meringue, with hints of Orange. They watch the spectacle of its production with eager anticipation, and wait patiently for the call, “Orders Up!”.

Known as a hatchling, Nimmo was a regular at the Traveler’s Way Pub, just as his parents before him. Mostly enjoying the light hearted atmosphere, he could be found here at 5pm sharp, ordering his normal favorite drink, and a bowl of pretzels. He was a regular drake, with regular habits, so it wasn’t an odd stretch of the imagination that the newest bar help, Basil, was a friend. The two kept quiet company, and eventually found that they preferred each other’s company above others. Together they were happy, simple and comfortable. The two now share evenings watching the passing through traders and enjoy nursing their drinks together. Offspring of this pair are smart and easy-going, and can be found playing guards and thieves in the alley behind the Inn. Their giggles are loud and punctuated.
