Do you have a scorned lover? A dragon you want to charm into loving you? A deceased lover that you want to bring back from the grasp of death? Worry not, for Valentine always has exactly what one might need!.

It is a mystery how Valentine made this place her home. Residents of the sanctum swear up and down that one day, her spot in the Harpy's Marketplace was empty. Then, the next day, a caravan full of potions, herbs, baubles, and trinkets filled said spot. Alongside it, Valentine.

When asked about it, the dragonness appears unwilling to answer, usually completely changing the subject or redirecting it somewhere else.

After a bit of observation, Valentine appears to be a conniving dragoness who preys on the weakness of the fools coming to her. She always keeps up her end of the bargain, reuniting scorned lovers, giving help charming some, and bringing others from the dead. However, her tricks and spells never come without consequences. Whether a dragon wants to listen to them or not, it is purely their own problem and decision.

Should someone foolish enough ask her, Valentine simply explains that one has to be sly and cunning in her line of work. Reuniting already lovers is easy... But charming others who are unwilling, or bringing someone from the dead, always carries consequences.
