My entry to win Inazuma from weirdseer:

The golden crackle makes him very regal, add the antlers as his crown, Inazuma is a fierce and respectable emperor of the skies. The purple accessories furnish beautifully with his mulberry wings which shows his gentle and compassionate side as an emperor. The golden crackle, moreover, suits him as a lightning dragon as the crackle really looks like golden lightning descending from the heavens.

Also,I could imagine Inazuma making a grand entrance with a raigeki (Yu-gi-oh reference) or a powerful bolt of golden lightning, standing on his hind legs as he momentarily displays his mulberry wings and folds them swiflty with a crackle. And when he departs, it is swift and graceful and he leaves behind some purple petals (from his purple crown) as a trace that he was there.
