WIP lore cliffnotes: A painter dragon, a seer. A mystic of what could be, and (in her mind) should be. She's very artsy-fartsy, "the stars must align" about her magic. Which makes it difficult to get straight answers out of her. Very powerful, but very whimsical... so ultimately unreliable if you need something right away. (If you do, go see Dove about that.) But every once in a while, Capri will come along with a serendipitous boon, made special just for you.

Has sent multiple dragons to help Lagistelle (wip crossover lore project with lunacent!)... Says if they're leaving the clan anyway, that she could use the help. Doesn't offer more information than that, despite many attempts at asking for more information. "Who is Lagistelle?" they ask. "Oh, I've never met her. But she'll go far," Capri says, with conviction. She sends the dragons off with maps she's lovingly hand-painted, detailing the route from the Star Wood to Lagistelle's current domain.

One of the first dragons she sent was Pearl, the twin sister of Scissors. When the pair wandered into the starwood, Capri met them-- before even the sentries had noticed the twins' arrival-- and told them that while both could rest for a while, only Scissors could stay, if she wished. Pearl had further yet to go, Capri said, stuffing a locket into the fae's claws. Intricate and newly-forged, inside on one side were directions to a clan in the Shifting Expanse, and on the other, a painted portrait of a stunning and youthful dragoness.
