Flann is the spiritual leader of the clan. He arrived just as Hermaphroditus was setting up a lair and the two quickly became enamored with each other. As a clan progenitor, he sits at the top of the clan hierarchy with Herma, but he prefers to leave the day-to-day management to them. His interests lie in what lies beyond the mortal world and the spiritual history of their realm. Younger members look up to Flann, including his son and protégé, Fireberry.

Herma was just setting up their lair when Flann wandered in out of curiosity, and the two hit it off immediately. They have a strong bond with each other and have been together ever since.

Aurora's sparkling obsidian skin piqued Flann's interest, and Herma approved. While she was initially cautious, Aurora was able to forge a strong bond with Flann.
