Quasar

Quasar appeared alongside Mordekai not long after the guardian fled to his new home. The imperial had been a close friend of Mordekai's and, unfortunately, had been present at the time of his corruption. Not unlike his friend, Quasar was enthralled with the stars and what lurked beyond, spending hours upon hours inside the Ocular Observatory. It was one night, that the Master of the Ocular was alone, peering into the very telescope he had built, that he changed. He was plagued by dark visions and could hardly look at anyone without succumbing to hysterics. Feeling unfit in his once home, Quasar fled, following in Mordekai's footsteps.

Quasar was the first Master of the Ocular Observatory, being Andromeda's mentor. He was a meek and quiet fellow with his own odd affinity of watching the stars; before the telescope had even been built, Quasar read the stars with a blank deck of cards and his own writings. Despite the suspicion it roused as to whether or not he was accurate, he was often always correct in his own judgements. Now, he continues to do so, even far below the ruins where the other Shadetouched call their home.
