biography.
There is no other perfect dragon to use the phrase "live up to his namesake" than Dionysos. He is carefree and careless. He is relaxed and chill. He is a peacemaker. Dionysos has self-assigned himself the head (and owner) of the Nest of Delights. Alongside Mikoto, he picks and chooses who gets to become a worker in this temple-turned-tavern. While Mikoto hones their dance skills, Dionysos perfects their behavior. How they act to entice customers, how to get them to spend more than they can even dream of. All of it is Dionysos' impeccable training of The Nest's workers.

When he is not a teacher, Dionysos is the life of the party.

In his presence, the drink flows endlessly in The Nest of Delights. The dancers move to the near-deafening music around them. Dionysos' parties can only be described as frenzy-like, where ecstasy, hedonism, and the madness they bring are the protagonists. So well are they known, that dragons from all around Sornieth visit The Nest to experience them at least once in their life.

If they get to leave, that is a whole different subject.

Dionysos is closely followed by two dragons who call themselves his devotees, Ampelos and Maenad. The former is the oldest and the first to dedicate her life to him. He had plucked her off the Snowsquall Tundra during his travels before settling in his forever home, a dragon unsatisfied with the life in the icefields. Ampelos loved his life, and his carefree attitude so much that she never looked back once she chose to follow him.
