When his mother was crystalized as punishment for her blasphemic prophesies, he swore he would see to it that those prophesies came true.
And when the crystal rot swept through the populace, he rejoiced, as his prayers had been answered.
To him, the rot is a blessing, and to be infected is to be touched by the Sorceress herself.
