Primary Color: Brown range (Sand-Chocolate)
Primary Genes: Basic, speckle, or ripple.
Secondary Color: White range (Rose-platinum)
Secondary Genes: Stripes, shimmer, freckle, seraph, and eye spots.
Tertiary Color: Brown range (sand-brown) or white range (white or maize. Rarely ice or rose.) Preferably lighter to primary color.
Tertiary Gene: Underbelly
Breeds: Coatls, Skydancers, and Wildclaws.

Harpykin dragons are a subspecies that shares territory with the Harpies that live all over the largest structures of the Sunbeam Ruins (including the Mirrorlight Promenade and Sundial Terrace). Because of both the Harpies and Harpykin subspecies have developed alongside each-other Harpykin display many of the same traits as Harpies. Such as fully feathered bodies, light colored wings, drab body colors, longer claws/talons, and a fierce protectiveness toward the male half of the subspecies.

Harpykin dragons have a natural affinity for the Harpy language and many are either bilingual or mainly speak Harpy. Because they chose to share space with the harpies many of them are known Beastclan sympathizers and can often be seen fighting alongside the Beastclan forces rather than against them. This makes them unlikely to join most dragon clans. Instead preferring to live among the harpies or with their own kind.
