Biography

NYRA
Farmer | Herb and spice specialist

Meadow Towel Blooming Woodbasket Mysterious Cowl Bubbling Goblin Coral Banded Shrimp Tricolor Caterpillar

Peaceful and hardworking, Nyra was known around the clan as a farmer and someone a local dragon could go to when in crisis. Her instantly calming presence brought much joy to her fellow clan members as the herbs and spices she grew. Often accompanied by Wave, her Bubbling Goblin familiar, and nary accompanied by a smile, Nyra enjoyed the simpler things in life, including warm baths in the ocean or sunbathing – she isn’t picky! – as well as trying new foods from the markets. Oftentimes, she finds herself accompanied by Zephyr, a dragon she met while she was new to the clan, and just setting up her first small garden at the back of her house. Zephyr had been looking for someone to help him document the changes in gardening practices and the use of technology in a variety of farming settings over the centuries, and Nyra, having come from a long lineage of gardeners, was only too happy to help. With their combined efforts, a large compendium was compiled. With this contribution to the clan’s library, Nightsky, the leader of the clan happily welcomed them to stay for as long as they wanted with open arms. It was an event that had brought a genuine smile to Nyra’s face, as the other dragons cheered for the two of them.

Nowadays, they spend their times walking alongside the beach, exchanging notes and listening politely to the stories the other has to tell about their adventures in their respective fields. Passersby often observe that the quick flashes of a smile that can be seen on Nyra’s face at a plentiful harvest, are so much more common when she’s talking with Zephyr at tea shops and cafés, or playing with Wave on their farm or when she’s taking him out for a swim or a walk along the esplanade.
