Rosie’s guard who is also the overseer of who comes into the Goldenrod territory and who doesn’t. Being her guard, he protects her from any threats directed toward the territory, including the scouts from the Sable Territory.

While Birch benefits from the Goldenrod’s territory like everyone else, thanks to his connection to the land he’s able to determine the health of their territory unlike any other dragon, using this as a means of how many resources are available during that time and what else needs to be conserved.
