Anima

Anima is an animatronic built to act as both a waiter and an entertainer for a themed restaurant. Due to a series of miscommunications and frequent changes in management, his coworkers and superiors were under the impression that he was a normal dragon in a costume, and didn’t bat an eye when he started hanging out in the break room to charge and showing actual emotion when talking with fellow employees. That is, until he started falling apart. His seams ripped, stuffing spilled, and wires were exposed. He tried to continue working as usual, but he was forced to leave by his very alarmed manager.

Has the disposition of a jaded retail worker, putting on an unwavering smile for customers.

Hides a surprising mischievous streak.

While it would hypothetically be more practical for Anima to get the tears in his fabric fixed, he is reluctant to do so, as he is somehow able to feel pain through his fabric, but, much to his inconvenience, is not affected by topical anesthetic. This should not be possible, as Anima's fabric is not connected to any obvious touch sensors. Seeing as Anima's original blueprints have been lost in the chaos of corporate restructuring and nonsensical file organization, the mystery of how he is able to feel touch through fabric may remain so for quite some time. Whatever the case, Anima considers some loose stuffing here and there to be more tolerable than the process of stitching up tears. If things get dire, there's always duct tape.
