Aqua's salt-curled mane is typically wet with seawater, loosely braided with beads and tiny shells. Her fur is mostly shorn, save for the tufts on her feet and tail, making the sea-colored bubble markings on her skin easily visible. When she's not swimming or getting ready to swim, she's most likely wandering near the tidepools, curiously watching the creatures inside as the sea breeze ruffles her short fur.

Aquamarine can transform the lower half of her body into a fish tail at will when she's at least half submerged in the sea. Her tail closely resembles her body - patches of sandy brown fur contrast against a vivid blue mane, which fans out into a multicolored sturdy tail fin.
