bio.
   the celestial of healing who willingly left his post in the heavenly realm to descend to the mortal plane and aide the sick and ailing. moonlights as an unassuming teashop owner, but uses his divine energy to grow a garden with mystical medicinal herbs. these become the main ingredients in his delicious teas. anyone with sickness or discomfort they cannot heal will often find themselves at quanyin's teashop, somehow intuitively led there despite having never been.

   a somewhat quirky fellow, he makes easy friends with any who visit his teashop be they fellow celestials, nymphs, or mortals. the only being he has never been able to get along with is his celestial counterpart. although quanyin's easy-going, gentle nature keeps him from being outright hostile, he simply prefers to be as far away as possible from miseria. there's just something about his natural opposite that unnerves him.
