______ As a young hatchling he was found in the forest of the viridian labyrinth being attacked by some ruthless members of the beast clan, aiming to rid themselves of a dragon when its young. Ven, who is the most devoted clan guard, got a report from his familiar who saw the young dragon getting attacked and immediately swooped into action. after beating off the attackers he scooped up young dragon and carried him back to their clan. the poor ball of fluff was nearly lifeless. if not for the healing magic of izarre and ven's careful watch of his health he would have died. once adonis woke up ven took it upon himself to look after him as if he were his own son. due to the trauma to his body adonis lost any memory of where he had come from or what his name was. ven gave him his new name promising that he would grow up to be a great warrior. adonis looks up to ven with great respect and would do anything for him. together they vow to keep the clan safe from any potential threats.

Like ven, Adonis also has a trained croaker companion. while his blackwing croaker grasped all the skills needed of a guard's familiar flawlessly he still manages to misbehave. his croaker has a habit of perching on people heads when landing, which often makes adonis seem foolish when he's trying to intimidate an intruder. his croaker is still a faithful companion none the less and helps keep the clan safe.

Adonis has since grown to become Ven's most trusted companion and confidant. Ven trusts Adonis with his life and is confident that he can do any task just as well as he can. Adonis has also taken the mantle of training the new guard members as they tend to be a lot younger and come and go with some frequency.
