"Hatchlings of these four dragons tend to be odd mixtures of their respective parents, leading many to be half fae and half mirror and others to be half skydancer half obelisk. Though their wings and other secondary frills or manes are always strange and don't always make sense. For instance a fae/mirror hatchling may have large insect likes wings if they inherit their mother's butterfly genetics. Those that are a skydancer/obelisk mixture will always exhibit ethereal wings made of wispy stardust, which rarely ever keep their shape and can be more of a cloud or a mist that follows them around rather than anything sort of wing shape."
