Faulkner is a rather flamboyant dragon, though he always has an air of elegance about him. Even more so since returning from the allied clan and gaining a slight ego. He's never one to pass up a good drink and chatting up with friends. He is kind and playful, if not a bit of a flirt with the other Veilspuns, enjoying his time most around the Inn before returning to Seyperia at night.

When his species was re-introduced into the world of Sornieth, his parents had already found a clan to call their home. When he got older, he wanted to explore a bit more around the world. He wandered into this clan after flying over and seeing the outdoor show that the Inn was putting on. He was interested, wanting to join in on the lovely dances with silks and bangles, finding the dancers awe inspiring, so joining the clan was an easy decision. Though sadly he hasn't found apparel that fits him right, and makes it difficult to join in, but he's found a way to show off his dancing.

All of the Ancient breeds that have joined were give their own area to live so they could learn to come into modern society at their own pace, and he doesn't mind staying in the tree. Being with the other Veilspuns has been comforting, since they can all easily understand each other, and they've started to build a small community in the branches, letting the larger breeds stay in the trunk of the tree.

He personally doesn't have much to say of his past. He was hatched and raised with his family and old clan, who were nothing remarkable to bring up now. But he does enjoy making up stories, spinning fairy tales to tell hatchlings and dragons alike, surprisingly skilled at that.

While staying here, he has been enjoying heading back into the Shadowbinder's territory, mainly to see the clan that they are allied with. He's found that they're rather kind, even if some of them are intimidating at time, but he did enjoy being called a prince. He has respect here yes, but something felt different there. Over time with his visits he had started to get along with one of their resident Veilspuns, Blinx, a silent dragon whom he enjoyed spending quiet time with. Though in all honesty he was the kind of dragon to enjoy any lady's company and time. So in a long excursion there, he ended up bearing a small nest with her, letting the hatchlings stay there or leave if they so chose, forcing none to return with him.

Before his eggs had even hatched, he was herald a King and Blinx a queen for having children, something he was not at all opposed to. He couldn't help but keep that title and a bit of that ego when he returned. Thankfully no dragon seems to mind since he's not trying to rule over everyone, he just enjoys the status and when other dragons call him 'Sir'. Coming back, he does hope to have more hatchlings, finding himself quite in love with bringing life into the world and watching the little ones figure themselves out. Though he still is uninterested in settling down with any one dragon, as he likes the variety of children he can sire and finds most of the women around him enjoyable. They're all unique and have their own selves, that all together he finds he couldn't choose just one to love more than the rest.

He still enjoys doing aerial flight shows at the Inn, either solo or with other dragons to add flair. He was a bit surprised to find the new Veilspuns in the clan when he returned, but doesn't mind, even the other male Tide doesn't bother him. Obvious considering they've been spotted laying on each other and grooming the other's mane. He's perfectly content, and excitedly awaits being able to bring more cute little dragons into the world.

Despite the influx of new and older Veilspuns, including a breed changed one, Faulkner's very fatherly role allows him to remain the leader of them all within the tree's den. He's a good leader, taking care of their needs as they arise and get used to how the modern dragons work.
