Eilevere, second-born daughter of the Mad Queen of the Court of Thorns, used to be green with envy. Her sister was clearly the Queen's favourite, and her brother had made his own name for himself once he'd made his way home to the court. Turning inward, she spent much time locked away in her lab working with materials she'd collected from her adventures all over Sornieth.

Her time was spent well. Eilevere emerged from a particularly long stint in the lab having managed to change her wings from their toxic green and purple to a lovely pattern that mimicked the night sky. Gone also were the tell-tale peacock spots, replaced with a swirling pattern of purple across her entire body. Eilevere flaunted her transformed appearance to the court, feeling powerful and beautiful and worthy of all the attention she garnered now. No longer was she jealous of her sister's beauty, she was now her equal... or her enemy.

Learning to become an Herbalist was a long and focused path, but as a daughter of the Mad Queen, she'd had no trouble finding someone willing to teach her. While her sister lounged about the court, Eilevere had found a way to get everything she wanted and then some. Her concoctions could help or harm, so it was best to know where you stood with the princess. Intelligence wasn't always as valued as beauty in the court, but she now wielded both.
