Finch used to have dreams of being an aerial ace, soaring on the winds of Sornieth. But after he was attacked by a group of Fire terrorists, his wings were burnt to the point of near uselessness. Feeling lost, he turned to magic, in hope that it would fix his wings. But Finch enjoyed the art of magic so much that he turned his back on flying and became a full time wizard!
