B I O G R A P H Y
Charlie spends a majority of her days sewing together clothing and fabrics, and when she isn't working her seamstress job, she's probably scavenging around for old parts here and there to put together to make something new. Her familiar, Rusty, helps her out a lot of the time. For this, she is thankful. But even so, it's exhausting to work hours on end, day by day, just to get by. The fact that Pavor is on a lot of people's "Never Go Here In A Million Years" lists definitely helps her in keeping her home, but an overarching downside is that it also drives away potential buyers. She'll often times have to resort to mobilizing her shop, and pushing and pulling her clothes all around the Plague element territory to find customers. Although, when potential customers are interested in her work and find out that she's from Pavor, that often times drives people away. This kind of behaviour always makes Charlie mad, and she's got in trouble for it more than once. "Y'know, I cart all these clothes around for a reason," she shouts. But then by that time, it's too late. She's already scared everybody off. "What am I doing wrong?" she often thinks to herself. Though, she isn't doing anything wrong. She's just incredibly unlucky.

It really is a shame, so much talent put to waste simply due to the fact that she happens to live in the "bad part of town." She's been told time and time again not to take what other people say to heart. They only know what they've been told about Pavor, and never thought to question it. Though, she knows that she can't really blame them, most of the rumors that you hear about Pavor are true. Yes, a lot of the elders are scared of other elements. Yes, the air is always clammy and full of fog. Yes, a lot of the buildings are old and crumbly on the outside. Yes, the water in the harbor is acidic and you could severely burn your skin if you stayed in it for too long. But none of these things indicate that this is a bad clan, just that they got the short end of the stick when it comes to where their clan is located.

B I O G R A P H Y
Besides her job as a seamstress, the number one thing that helps her to relax is tinkering with anything she can find. She carries a little satchel around with her everywhere because she never knows when she's going to come across a useful piece of junk. There's tons of rusted metal and scraps lying around Pavor, especially in the harbor where things have a tendency to wash up. Although, a lot of the time they're chewed up pretty bad; acidity and metal simply don't mix very well. Sometimes she may use the scraps that she finds to make an art piece. Other times, it's to make little mechanical toys and useful little tools. Of course, sometimes Rusty may need a part or two replaced as well. Charlie often times thinks "maybe I'm cursed, and this is my punishment," but every so often she will take a look at her life and the friendships and feel a sense of contentment with what she has.
