Aortum is the Representative for the Scarred Wasteland in the Galehart Council. Despite his anemic appearance, he's quite the party animal, and a steadfast friend to all of the other representatives.

Aortum often worries that his friendly demeanor doesn't set the best example of what it means to be a member of the Plague Flight. He's a firm believer in Deadland hospitality, but he fears that his fellow Plague dragons might not appreciate someone with such a cheerful and upbeat persona representing them in the court of law.


Aortum is good friends with Duzumi, the Light Ambassador. While she's eloquent, and very capable of making her points, other council members don't take her judgement seriously. Aortum, who has seen the effects of elemental natural disasters, tries to give her a chance to explain herself.
