The Gathering

..... Two sides of the same coin...they must embrace, or face total destruction.
.....The Gathering is a long forgotten tradition to most, or a secretive cult to others. However, in this age of turmoil it is gaining support and influence throughout Sornieth. Dragons of The Gathering are raised to be the harbingers of peace and balance in Sornieth. They believe that Plague and Nature have been at war for far too long, and the destruction and death is simply not worth it. These dragons hope to spread their message throughout both flights, and beyond. Within the Gathering, dragons born of plague or nature are the most valued, as they have a deeper understanding and connection to the conflict. The hatchlings born into The Gathering are raised to fight, hunt, heal, and cultivate - then, they are sent off into the world to promote their message.

The Acolyte

..... Upon meeting Ranaeus the first words to come to mind are usually "powerful" and "dominant", followed not long after by "handsome" and "charming".
.....Ranaeus is an exceptionally successful Acolyte, and he has traveled the world many times and met countless dragons and beasts. Still, even with his success, he had always felt there was something more waiting for him, something beyond The Gathering. He was right; she needed him. And now, he shares his beliefs of peace and balance with only those who come to him, the life of travel is not for him. After all, he couldn't just leave her...
Now, nestled comfortably in a breezy nook of the windswept crossing, he and his mate have begun their family. Most hatchlings will be sent to the nearest hub of The Gathering, to be raised communally as he was. However, some seem to show the same aptitude as their mother, these hatchlings Eve would rather keep an eye on herself.
