Nuriel
The dragon could here cracking around him and then muffled voices, suddenly he could see and move. Looking around feeling confused he found himself in a large room with no windows. Was he underground? Harsh electric lights lit up the area around him and he could see three other dragons in the room, A Fae, a Tundra, and a Snapper.
The Fae suddenly started asking him questions in a monotone voice but at such a speed that his already confused brain couldn't keep up. "who are you?" What is your name?" "What do you want?" on and on these questions kept coming before he could even attempt to respond. He started to feel panic setting in on top of his confusion and despite the fact that he was by far the largest dragon in the room he felt afraid.
Then the questions stopped, and in the same monotone voice but much slower the Fae said "I'm sorry, I can see that I have scared you, but I don't feel any malice in you. My name is Hezakia, I am the leader of this clan and it is my job to keep everyone in it safe. I can see that you are confused, but not a threat, please tell me your name."
"Nuriel, I don't remember much but I know my name is Nuriel"
The interrogation continued from there at a much more slow and pleasant pace. Nuriel could not remember his past or if he even had a past before emerging from his stone casing.
Hezakia allowed Nuriel to stay in her clan for the time being.
A few weeks after arriving Nuriel decided to visit the Ashfall Waste as being a fire dragon he thought maybe he would feel more comfortable there. Hearing about Nuriel's planned journey Nathaniel bursts into his room, "LET ME COME TOO!" he shouts excitedly jumping around the room like a giant playful puppy. Nuriel sighs "How could I say no". The two set off on their journey.
It was a long journey but enjoyable. Nuriel and Nathaniel became very good friend and in the end Nuriel Realised that the thing he liked most about the trip was spending time with Nathaniel. That is when he chose to become a permanent part of Hezakia's clan. When the boys returned Hezakia welcomed Nuriel with open arms.
Nuriel and Nathaniel are best friends and consider each other brothers.
Nuriel is a very relaxed dragon, though he does love running around and having fun with his boisterous friend, he can tone it down when appropriate and the other dragons enjoy having him around.
Nuriel's job in the lair is to train dragons before they are exalted, the does this together with Nathaniel. Part of this job involves visiting the hatchery to explain how the training prosses goes so that hatchings know what they're in for if they choose this life path. Nuriel is very good at this part of the job and most hatchling choose to go into training when they reach adulthood. It's a good thing Nuriel is so good with the hatchlings because he has to do the visits himself as Nathaniel has been banned from the hatchery.
