Formerly Ouza of the Seraphim subspecies (lore wise, not literally lol)

was never meant to be a keeper, but I liked the corrupted seraphim look/idea it gave me and found a name I like to go with it so he stays now.

Though hatched in the wrong flight's territory, Ouza, as he was originally named, had a proud Seraphim heritage. His parents were ambassadors of the Light and highly respected (not the same parents listed as default by the game).

After his family relocated back to his home territory, stationed near the Ghostlight Ruins, he met his beloved Zantedeschia in the piney forests to the North, closer to the Mirrorlight Promenade. The two developed a fast and passionate bond, and became entirely devoted to one another. His parents disapproved - she was a nature dragon, and entirely the wrong colours, the wrong genes - they'd hoped Ouza would continue their Seraphim line.

The new couple ignored them entirely and together they hatched a single, true Seraphim regardless. The rest of their hatchlings, however, revealed a previously unknown curse of the shade on Ouza. That infection has only gotten worse as time went on. Zantedeschia seems strangely immune, but only on the surface. The two remain entirely devoted to one another and his corruption sings a discordant song through her as well, just under the surface (a nod to the fact she has a full body skin covering the same colourings and genes lol).

They do their best by their hatchlings but none of them since the first has turned out quite...right.

His parents, meanwhile, have taken the single, true Seraphim hatchling as their ward and consider Ouza dead to them. He in turn, has chosen the name Shemyaza to reflect his similar distaste for being so mercilessly cut out of their lives like he was never anything more than a nasty infection.
