Seer

A blind girl Cecil took into his care after she was left at his observatory's doorstep. Growing up in such close proximity to the stars and such quantities of potent arcane magic, she developed an uncanny sense of future sight. Although unable to see the stars, she can feel their frequencies and is able to direct herself in the night sky.

Cecil, with all his knowledge of the Astral, still admits that she knows the stars on a far more personal level than he ever will. "Seer", he claims warmly, "is my greatest pride and achievement."
