Yet - and yet! - he dared not doubt, for he knew all too well, in the deepest recesses of his mind, that in the distant past some of his dreams had indeed come to pass.''

Gifted with the power of foresight and prophetic dreams, as well as strong protective magic, Emrys rarely treads beyond the boundaries of the clan territory, as it is his spells that keep the clan borders safe and impenetrable. However, it is his dreams that are undoubtedly his greatest asset - he has been known to see the future in his sleep. What frightens him the most about this is that he’s never been able to bend the course of events even after predicting them, and this hits him exceptionally hard when he can’t stop harm from coming to others. Because of this, as well as his inherently mildly workaholic nature, he has the tendency to avoid sleep as much as possible, and can usually be found in the clan library at all hours of the night, working on spells or otherwise doing whatever it takes to keep himself awake (no matter how he's admonished for neglecting his health).
