TL;DR is twin chunks came off Noya from a prank gone wrong with a student, and this one was protected by "his" older brother. Both technically meant to be twins, but something was wrong with this "star" of Zerah's. Eosphoros breaks out to try giving his "brother" even more light in Light Flight territory because that somehow makes sense to him. Zerah just wants his shiny rock back, and isn't exactly ready to find a second Imperial in it's place. At least they're smaller? But the first twin is really upset with how long it took, as well as the fact that everything happened in the Hewn City. Ah well.
