Before From the blustering Windswept Plateau is where Zizir hails. Raised in the nestled islets of Singer's Brook, the Ridgeback has a tempered if not tempestuous tolerance of water... kind-of. Ziz cuts a diminutive figure compared to others of his kind and boasts a personality more befitting of a Spiral. It's not odd to see him speeding through the skies on whatever winds he can find, and he's well known for using his mind blowing top-speeds to skim the surface of oceans and lakes for surface dwelling fish. What exactly caused the usually lazy Ridgeback to buckle down for the long haul is unclear. He certainly had the same dreams as the others, but what made him act on them? It can be hard to get a serious answer out of Ziz about such topics. He prefers to avoid such 'bummer' conversations. Whatever it is that he heard and saw in his dreams was enough to light a determination very foreign within him. Though he often falters, it is safe to assume that he will see this through to the end. 
Now You can always find a friend. That was what Zizir had been raised to know and it was what he decided must be true, even if his companions were a bunch of uptight squares. Being the least work orientated of The Eleven quickly made Zizir a bit of an annoyance to the others. Rose most of all. The Ridgeback's many, many quirks were a hurdle to overcome in the process of actually getting to know him. In the end, Ziz succeeded in befriending everyone! From his perspective he has at least. His friendship with Iseult in particular has the most eyebrows raised. The two are like oil and water and yet... It's not uncommon to see the Fae perched carefully among Zizir's spines or on his head. At least Zizir's friendship with Nereus makes sense. Significantly less head scratching to be done... Finally getting a break from their seemingly endless trek through the bland scenery of the Icefields is a welcome reprieve to Zizir. He has quickly taken to pretty much acting like he lives with the Acrerons-- something that has startled the clan probably the most out of all of this. After a little explanation from Sessa, the clan was informed that this? Is simply how Ridgebacks are.
