The Mother

Before the clan
Breen was born in a Fae colony high in the canopy of the Tangled Wood. She and all the other hatchlings that would soon venture into the world to start their own colonies would spend the days zipping around the forest, collecting sap, twigs and leaves along with pretty flowers and feathers for their families' nests. Breen was particularly taken to the iridescent hide of insects, and she was given the wings of a large dragonfly she caught for her parents when she was ready to leave.

After a few days of travelling, flitting among the butterflies and nesting in flower beds, Breen came upon a mulberry Mirror clearing a den for himself. The way his scales glittered in the sunlight reminded her of her beloved items, and she found herself gravitating towards him without a second thought.

After making her point as clear as she could, that she wanted to start a clan with him, he accepted her and the rest, as they say, is history.
Personality
Gentle; Motherly; Fretful
Breen is very softspoken and likes to stay out of everyone's way. She spends most of her time in the nesting grounds caring for the hatchlings until they are old enough to venture on their own into the Tangled Wood. She is very motherly to every member of the clan, whether she raised them or not. She considers the whole clan to be her family, and would make the strongest attempt a little dainty Fae like her could make to protect them with her life.
