Biography

Born in the Shadowbinder's domain, Broadhead originally served as a soldier to defend his birth clan's territory against "opposing forces" (He has been asked to tell what those forces were, but he has repeatedly refused to speak about it). Whatever the "opposing forces" were, it has left him mentally and emotionally scarred, resulting in his retirement. Shortly afterward, Broadhead left his home clan--and past trauma--to find a new place to call home and to find his father--who disappeared when Broadhead was a hatchling--with only a name and a description of him from his mother. Along the way, he picked up cooking as a new skill and a form of therapy to help him recover. Upon entering a certain clan's territory within the Plaguebringer's domain, he is intercepted by a gold female Guardian, who demanded him to state his reason for entering her territory without permission. Broadhead explains his story to the female Guardian, whose name he learned was Sunbeam, and his search for his father. Sunbeam is flabbergasted, as the dragon that Broadhead spoke of was her father, to Broadhead's shock and surprise. After the sudden, and exciting, discovery of his half-sister, Broadhead asked to come live with Sunbeam and her family, to which Sunbeam hesitated at first but then accepted his offer. Nowadays, he works as a chef, constantly experimenting and creating new recipes for the various residents who have become his regulars. |
