She wasn't always the clan leader, but then again, the clan wasn't always an Ice clan. Things change, sometimes for the good and sometimes for the worse. Luckily for the Wisterians, Tourmaline was able to steer the clan towards good after the slow fall of the late clan leader, posthumously titled Baragos the 'Mirror-Mad.' She managed to bring hope and peace back into the clan after paranoia and violence threatened to dissolve the bond between the clan members. Many admire her for her hands on approach to leading the clan-- she's not afraid of getting her claws dirty. She has managed to gather very few enemies and those that actually manage to threaten her or her clan usually end up serving their deity in the end.
