Barkback Root 		Meirchion likes to pretend that he's a tough warrior, but most of his clanmates know that he really isn't. He is actually a gifted healer, a great help when he joined Chix and Asperio in battle. One thing he does fight about, however, is nature. Staying true to his birth flight, he never forgot about the wonder of the greens. Several times during training he would sneak off to the Woodland Path, not to battle, but to enjoy the closest thing he had to home.
Despite his love for his element, he never resented the Icefields. He accepted that this would be his home, and soon became comfortable with his clan. One of the oldest members of Clan Hunter-Gatherer, he has seen and met many dragons, making both friends and enemies.

Meirchion is also known to be a representation of spring breaking after winter, a lovely mix of both Nature and Ice.
