Headcanons:
  • born and raised in a wealthy Shadow clan that was into some...unsavory research. Was orphaned at a young age, when the clan imploded (literally) due to aforementioned research.
  • Was taken in by an allied Shadow clan that was -- surpriiiiise! -- also into unsavory research.
  • Grew to adulthood there. Was treated very well and actually had a rather luxurious life.
  • Was introduced to her bodyguard, Randolph, early on. They grew up together and are basically like sisters now.
  • Fell in mutual love with Walter, yaaaaayy! The clan didn't approve, because they were stuffy """elites""" whereas Walter's just a nerdy nobody, but who cares what they think
  • She didn't know about her original and current clans' unsavory research (or maybe she knew about it, but didn't know how unsavory it truly was?), and was horrified when it nearly killed her boyfriend. She found out about the plot to have him killed and helped him escape.
  • Used to have long, silky, beautiful hair like a Veilspun, but the clan leaders had it chopped off (to "shame" her) when they found out about the relationship and that she'd helped Walter escape.
  • In response, she basically backflipped out of the clan's territory with both middle fingers blazing (with Randolph, of course, enthusiastically supporting her all the way).
    Legend has it that if you listen carefully in the deepest hours of the night, you can still hear the echoes of her screaming "YOLOOOOO!" as she runs out of the Tangled Wood and into Happily-Ever-After.
  • Managed to track Walter down to this here clan, and they married each other, because of course they did.
