Not a lot is known about Norwood. She recently came to the Ridge and offered to run the hotel, completely unprompted. Starlight graciously agreed- as much as Starlight loves Buster, Buster never really did a good job running guest lodging.

However, Norwood is a very very strange dragon, often talking in riddles and humming strange tunes to herself. She rarely talks about herself either, and no one knows why she randomly offered to run the hotel.

She seems harmless enough, though...

When Norwood arrived, people were surprised to see how similar her and Moondust looked. It's probably just a coincidence, she says.
