Biography

The shadowy and charismatic ringleader of the Penumbra Circus. Phineas puts on a great show for all patrons of his carnival with his coordinated feats of magic and enchanting way of conducting the circus. His passion for showmanship led him to becoming the Penumbra Circus's dedicated MC, but that was not always so - although he is loath to talk about it, Phineas's success in show business did not always come naturally, and he spent many years down and out in the Shadow domain.

Now, however, he and his business partner Bailey run the Penumbra Circus with passion and whimsy. And business has been better than ever - especially as once patrons see the circus for themselves, they hardly ever want to leave.
